- If the customer chooses to arrange their own delivery service, they are responsible for any errors or delays.
- Swanzone reserves the right to make the final decision on chosen delivery methods.
- Cut-off time for delivery arrangement is 2:30pm AEST; larger orders may need extra days to arrange delivery.
- Beyond our own delivery services, we cannot guarantee estimated delivery timeframes as quoted by third-party delivery couriers.
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we are not responsible for errors not of our own.
- The customer must ensure reasonable and proper access to the specified delivery address.
- We are not held liable if delivery attempts fail due to the customer providing inaccurate delivery details, or if the customer is unavailable to accept the goods.
- Alternatively, if you provide specific instructions and we agree to them prior to shipping, your goods may be left at a designated location, depending on the delivery carrier’s policy.
