• Unless otherwise agreed upon, the customer is responsible for all delivery-related costs.
• If the customer chooses to arrange their own delivery service, they are responsible for any errors or delays.
• Swanzone reserves the right to make the final decision on chosen delivery methods.
• Cut-off time for delivery arrangement is 2:30pm AEST; larger orders may need extra days to arrange delivery.
• Beyond our own delivery services, we cannot guarantee estimated delivery timeframes as quoted by third-party delivery couriers.
• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we are not responsible for errors not of our own.
• The customer must ensure reasonable and proper access to the specified delivery address.
• We are not held liable if delivery attempts fail due to the customer providing inaccurate delivery details, or if the customer is unavailable to accept the goods.
• Alternatively, if you provide specific instructions and we agree to them prior to shipping, your goods may be left at a designated location, depending on the delivery carrier’s policy.
• For any redelivery attempts, the customer will need to make arrangements with the chosen courier service.
